What counts as an AI conversation?

A conversation counts once, the first time our assistant answers in it - however many messages follow. Conversations your team handles themselves, and broadcasts you send, never count.

What happens if I use up my AI conversations?

Nothing breaks. New chats go straight to your team inbox with a polite holding reply, and chats the assistant already started keep going. Upgrade any time to switch the assistant back on.

Are Meta’s WhatsApp fees included?

No - and we don’t mark them up. Meta bills your business directly per delivered message. In India that is about ₹0.86 per delivered marketing message and about ₹0.115 per utility, authentication or customer-service message, with the first 1,000 service messages per number each month free (Meta’s rates, October 2026, before GST). Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days on the Starter plan with the AI knowledge base included. Pick a paid plan when the trial ends; nothing is charged during it.

Is GST included?

Prices are shown before 18% GST, which is added to your invoice. Registered businesses can claim it back as input tax credit.

How do I pay, and can I change plans later?

Pay by UPI AutoPay, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle, and you can cancel any time.
